We highly recommend using a computer to create your design. Our design software works best on a full screen so you can ensure there are no errors. Once your design is submitted, we send it straight into printing. Please note that although we will briefly review your logo, we typically do not make any changes or reach out unless there is a noticeable problem. (Please be sure to upload a logo design that is of high resolution. Blurry files will print blurry.) We created our design platform to give you full creative liberty to have fun making your custom logo sign! If you need to make changes, please reach out asap to ensure your design is not already sent for printing.

HOW IT'S MADE:
Each sign is professionally printed with permanent UV ink on museum quality acrylic. Rigid, sturdy, waterproof and ready to hang with the included hardware! We offer three hanging options. If you select "none", we recommend using command strips on the back for easy, removable hanging.

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive? It generally takes 2-3 days to print your artwork, then 3-5 days to ship! (We do not work or ship on the weekends) We provide tracking as soon as your order ships!

Measurements: All measurements are in inches. Size includes the frame.

Does artwork come ready to hang? Yes, we include self leveling hardware attached to the back of your artwork to make it easy to hang.

Can I return or exchange my artwork? We want you to love your purchase! All artwork is custom made for each customer. (We do not keep a stock) therefore we do not accept returns. However, if there is something wrong with your order, we will definitely make it right!

What if my order comes damaged? We're commited to our quality and your satisfaction! If your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away and we will happily send you a free replacement! All orders are insured!
