Overall nice but shipping method needs improvement

I bought this item to give as a gift. It arrived folded in half, tucked inside thick tissue paper, in a large yellow mailing envelope. The canvas was creased where the fold was plus several other creases probably due to the mailing processes. I called customer service and was given instructions to iron the areas and let it hang for a few days. I did that plus let it hang for 6 days. The creases were less but still there. This company did reimburse me 20% for my trouble. I still gave it as a gift since it was going to be used during a ceremony and the couple was happy with it. I would have given the product 5 stars if more care would have been given during the shipping process.
